The number of people owning rental properties has been on the rise. With increasing demand for rental properties, especially residential properties in urban areas, more people are seeing the advantages of owning and managing rental properties.

Similarly, with the soaring costs of homes in the United States, just about anyone with the means to do so is getting into the market of renting real estate to others.

This course provides an overview of the law on real estate limited liability companies and how to use this corporate structure as a vehicle to efficiently own and operate rental properties.
